I wish it was a capsule

I love the magnesium supplement I purchased. It would be even better if it was a capsule.I was able to take it , swallowed it and no stomach upset. I would recommend it and have.

Poor quality

Bought the container of180 magnesium oxide tablets. I had to throw away probably 20 or more tablets as they were broken. I had a kidney transplant and magnesium is very important to my health. At the end of the bottle wa a layer of crushed pieces and tablet dust. Will not purchase anything from this company again.
