Very flattering

The dress fit very well, and was very flattering, but I ended up returning it because of the fullness of the skirt. It had, I believe, 3 rows of tulle underneath which made it much "bigger" than the picture shown. I would possibly have liked it without the tulle but then if I made that change and did not like it, it would not have been returnable.
