POOR DELIVERY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Delivery is very late and Macys doesn’t know when the dress will be delivered. For three days, the dress was sitting in a warehouse in San Jose, down the street from my delivery address home. Instead of delivering it to me, the dress was sent to Indiana. It is now sitting in Colorado.
