Never Arrived

I ordered the product 12 days ago. A shipping label was created 8 days ago yet the product still has not shipped. I contacted the seller 3 days ago, who stated I would receive a response within 48 hours but have yet to receive a response. I’m hoping my product will eventually ship or at the least I can get my money back.

A huge win for this happy customer!

I got really lucky ordering this coat online. We all know that one brand's "large" is not another's, and that the great looking photographs on the website don't always translate well to ME!
