Defective Blanket

Prurchased a full sized Plush blanket . It worked well for less than a week and then the heating control unit stopped working. Afterwards I researched further and found that Biddeford blankets are prone to this defect. We exchanged for another and had to pay more for the replacement which I was not happy about. Overall, not a typical Macy's purchase experience.

Biddeford is the best brand.

I've owned hundreds of electric blankets over the years, (no central heat in our house) and I've been buying this brand for about ten years. They last longer, and are softer than the other brands.
