DO NOT RECOMMEND

Liked the extended auto shut off time, but the heat stopped working after a total of 3 months of usage.

Best product and customer service

I will give more than 5 stars. My blanket didn't work I called Biddeford's customer service directly. They took care of me in less than ten minutes. Replacing my blanket. Definitely I will be buying two more for my sons. For the past few years I had 3 total of this brand. Now Im more confident to stay with this brand. Thanks you.

Get this blanket to my daughter for Christmas. Quit working last night. Hope to get a return. Will follow up

Soft and Warm but stopped working after 4 weeks

Bought blanket as a Christmas gift, the Faux Sherpa was soft and great. Unfortunately the blanket stopped working just recently, was only good for a month :(. Will be returning to store.
