It broke just 2 weeks after the return date!!

It already broke. I purchased it less than 4 months ago. I've tried to reset it, but it just says"E." I tried to return it, but the return date passd 2 weeks ago. I'm not happy about needing to purchase something new so soon! It should last at least 1 year!

Good quality & keeps me warm.

Standard King, fits well. Would have given it 5 stars except my side of the electrical connection very slightly disconnects pretty often - & then the controls don’t work. It’s not visibly disconnected, just perhaps not pushed in to the max position? Otherwise, it’s great.

Nice and soft

The Sherpa side feels softer than just the regular covers, even the quilted ones.

Perfect in every way!

This mattress pad is a dream! We turn it on about an hour before bedtime, and turn it off when we go to bed. No more cold sheets, and the warmth lulls us quickly to sleep.

Is it broke?

I.loved.mine but everytime I go to use it i.get preheat and E. I don't use it.much because we.live in.Florida but i.am being treated for cancer and get cold easy. How do i.get this off.preheat

I’ve had this blanket for a little over a year and I’ve had numerous issues where the monitor displays E and stops working. The location of the plug and where it connects to mattress pad is a poor location. I either notice my elbow is laying on top of it or if I turn my mattress pad 180° my feet hit it I would not recommend it.

Super cozy

I am not a fan of heated blankets, but a heated mattress pad is a game changer! Having the heat under you creates coziness and is super relaxing. It even relieved my tense muscles after 12+ hours at my desk. And I can keep my house temperature lower at night which saves on my heating bill.
