I have a BB2000 that I have loved for years and I bought a new house, had 3 outlets installed and ordered 3 BB2000, one for each bathroom. They all work great!

BB1000
The BB1000 is a time-proven bidet and delivers enough water pressure to get the job done, by contrast with some other brands I've owned. I have had three of them. One developed a ground fault after 4 years and so would not operate on a GFI circuit, presumably due to water penetration into the circuit board area. I have not tried the BB2000, a newer version, but also more expensive. Not sure if it delivers the same water pressure as the 1000.

Top of the Line
I have three water closets in our home. I have BB-2000's installed on two of them. On the guest room I have a very good bidet seat that you can sit on the closed seat cover, something you cannot do with the BB-2000's. When treated with radiation for prostate cancer, the Vortex Wash was very helpful in insuring I had a empty rectum prior to treatment. My wife and I cannot go back to life without a BB- 2000, and we miss them when travelling. We highly recommend it.

Great features
This is our fourth bidet from your company. we like the remote control and the automatic seat sensor that raises and lowers the seat. The night light is another great item at night. The unit was extremely easy to install and connect.

For your KING or QUEEN, this is a MUST!
I cannot say enough about this amazing product. It has taken our bathroom adventures to a whole new level. From cleaning the special zone, then the ability to fan dry is just spectacular. If you're looking to ELEVATE your bathroom experience, I truly recommend the BB 2000. Clean, Safe and just dog gone fun!

Tip s would be useful
Seat works great, Instructions should include that the wireless control panel should be very close to the seat switch. When reattached the control panel even with the switch the buttons worked.
