Size not accurate

I ordered these in a size 7-7.5 because I normally wear that. THESE WERE HUGE! It also doesn't give the option to choose narrow/wide they just gave me a random one, I reordered these in a size 6-6.5 just now hopefully they fit. These are so wide on me.

good shoe, wrong width

Good quality, slightly cheaper than same item on Birkenstock website. Only issue is the size description is inaccurate. They came in narrow instead of regular, but there's no indication that they come in either size on the item description.

Other occasion to buy:When ordering shoes online in particular Birkenstocks there is no mention of width to order, Macy's ships whatever and shipped a narrow width, I had to make a trip to return them only to find out there were none available in a regular width Unsatisfactory

Extremely Disappointed!

I purchased these as a special birthday gift for my daughter in law on July 15, 2025. The charge went through my credit card July 16, 2025. As of today, my daughter in law, who lives in a large city has still not received them. According to the USPS tracking system, these sandals did not even leave the store to the Post Office until Monday, July 21, 2025. Today, I checked again for the 15th time, and now they're not going to get to KC until July 24. I'm not sure what the problem is with the US Postal Service, but if you don't mind waiting weeks for your merchandise, you'll be okay. However, if you were hoping for prompt service from Macy's and the US Post Office, be prepared to be Extremely Disappointed!
