For short term use

Used in home for basic cleaning, good suction power and light weight. The issue come when the cord is extended to many times it develops a short and stops working unless you play around with the cord.. have gone through 2 already and then it’s out of warranty.

Zing LOVE❣️

I am IN LOVE with my new Zing!!!❤️ I had vacuumed in the morning with my old vac. Zing arrived in the afternoon, so I gave it a try it and couldn’t believe how much more dirt it picked up. Maneuvers easily, and no strain in my sciatic nerve, Yay! I love how easy it is to clean out and no bags!

Good for some things

Suction is good for a small vac. The attachments are not made to use on rugs or carpet very well. I use it like a high suction Dustbuster. Good for crevices and corners. Not good for whole floor cleaning. The suction tube broke after 10 uses and have to replace. Finding warranty on website is nearly impossible.

Light and powerful

After a month or so of use, I like this vacuum. It's very lightweight and powerful, perfect for my wood floors. In fact, when I go over a rug I have to vent the handle or it will pull to the rug itself. Easy empty, too. There are only two drawbacks I've experienced thus far. One, the two-piece plastic wand isn't as sturdy as a telescoping metal wand, but this machine isn't as expensive either. An older Bissell wand will likely fit, as mine does. Two, the machine can be a bit unstable and tips over easier than my last vac did. Overall, lightweight, powerful, and I think a great choice for bare or wood floors.

Great Vacuum with One Little Flaw

I really like the little Zing vacuum. I was looking for a bagless vacuum that would let me clean under the low furniture without changing attachments. We have a cat and a dog so pet hair is an issue, but this vacuum makes quick work of cleaning our wood floors. My only suggestion is that the design of the extension poles needs to be improved with a button-type connection so the poles stay together. Other than that, I'm very happy with this product.
