Cooks well but warps and hard to clean

It warps and our grill was only at 350F. It's weird because I read the other one review and thought exactly the same thing! It warps and then becomes flat again when it cools and it's hard to clean because the grooves are hard to brush. If you have any brunt on sauces that get stuck in the holes, it's so so hard to scrub out. I was searching for a tool for this. The good thing though is it's all carbon steel with no coating and you can use any metal utensils on it without hurting the pan so you can scrape as you grill and don't need to wash stuff off like stainless. It's still easier to clean than stainless.... be sure to stick it back in an oven to dry after cleaning so it doesn't rust. As far as cooking, it does a great job cooking your items.

Good pan

The pan works well but the only downfall is that it warps during cooking. It does go back to normal after it cools down. Just weird that it does this because it is an expensive pan. It's also not easy to clean.
