The griddle is wonderful. The service is so smooth the food is slipping away from you when you try to turn it over. It's easy to clean too.
Best grill ever
Everything was exactly as described I've been cooking on it every morning for breakfast….pancakes like I've never made before so fluffy and the French toast out of this world. I used it last night for dinner—steak with peppers and mushrooms. Zucchini and squash from my garden…. love this grill….easy clean up and store nicely in the lower cabinet. Highly recommend

What the heck Macy's?
I ordered this item and selected "pick up from store" as my option. They said I would receive an email letting me know when it's ready. It has been almost two weeks and I still have yet to receive an email to come pick it up. The only email I have received after my confirmation email is to rate the item. How can I rate this item if I have yet to receive it. The website promised I would get it three days after I ordered it. It has now been two weeks. I'm very disappointed.

Great time saver
Very happy with this purchase. Made pancakes and eggs very easily and quickly, and I didn’t need to use oil or butter to keep them from sticking. Cleanup was a quick wipe down. The surface was not totally smooth so I’m a little about the future of the surface and whether the non-stick coating will remain intact.

Very frustrating registration experience
Registering the product was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT: Product number nowhere on appliance and not marked as such on the box. Date Code almost invisible -- apparently done with some kind of impression and no ink. Very frustrating registration experience. Now, if only the product works.

Light weight and easy to clean
Was a nice addition to the tailgate. Light weight, easy to clean up quickly and great for our early morning tailgate. Have used larger heavier versions for the evening but this does the trick for the early days.
