Cleans well!

I purchased this robot vacuum to help put some ease to my cleaning. It works well and I love it. However, it’s louder than I imagined it to be. Also, it does not go back to it’s base whatsoever. I have to manually charge it.

No Long Supported

I loved this vacuum. We named him Steve, and Steve did his job well. He'd occasionally get snagged up on the corner of a carpet or tangled in a toy, but that's not really his fault. After a few months, we noticed that Steve was no longer running at his scheduled times. We called up Black & Decker IT and basically were told to return him and they would refund our money because they don't support that model anymore. Needless to say this was upsetting, not only because Steve was less than 6 months old, but also because we had (obviously) become attached to him. The only problem we have with it is that the app doesn't properly tell the vacuum to clean when it should, nothing wrong with the vacuum itself (except sometimes the waste trap gets stuck). Don't waste your money buying something that the manufacturer will not support.

I Love It

This vacuum is amazing! I work long hours and have a newborn and a pre teen. it's nice to get the extra help. I have had no issues with it, it picks up the dirt, dog hair and even glass. yes, glass! We had stuff fall off the fire place mantel and break and after a 12hr day and a screaming baby I just turned the vacuum on spot clean and IT WORKED!! Didn't get stuck or anything. Definitely recommend.

Love it!

Got this for mothers day we have alot of dogs and sweeping the floors is a constant battle.... this makes like so much easier love it so far!

Not a good purchase

This vacuum was very sensitive and did not do a good job . I spent more time adjusting it and the sensors then it did cleaning . I had to return.

Time Saver!

I got this vacuum for christmas and I really love it. I run it usually everyday and it works great even for excessive dog hair. If you keep your house pretty tidy but don’t want to hassle with sweeping or vaccuming your floors every other day to keep up with daily debris and dog hair I highly recommend this. It does get tangled in blind cords and other skinny cords like cell phone chargers etc. so you do have to make sure that they all cleared away.

Roomba fail

Picks up the most littlest dirt but it doesn’t go back to its base. Ended up looking for it every time.

I did a lot of research on these robotic vacuums and I simply love this one. It is very efficient, and picks up all the trash on my tile, hardwood and rugs. This was a Christmas present from my kids and grandkids this year. They asked me to order it and try it out, so they could all pitch in to pay for it! You can always count on Black decker Products.
