missing parts

I purchased this unit only to receive without castors and hose, have been dealing with black and decker for over a month now to get parts sent to me! Say out of stock should be 2 weeks, well it’s been 5 weeks now and still no castors!! Cannot move from room to room without castors! Still trying to get the missing parts, with emails back and forth about 5 times, still no parts and
