Very disappointed

I saw these curtains on the internet and it seem the perfect for what I wanted. When it arrived I didn’t like it look nothing like the picture. I filled out a return request and it was approved and I was instructed to take it to any Macy’s store before the 12th March. Today is the 9th March I went to Marcy’s and the would not honor my return. I had the return bar code I show the email that says I am approved for a return and Macy’s still refuse to honor the return. Shame on Macy’s, customer should never be treated this way. Needless to say I will not be shopping Macy’s any more… I will go to Kohl’s or Walmart. Very disappointed customer.
