Great lip colors without fuss

I enjoy Bobbi Brown lip products (have tried most of her line). These crushed lip colors are high on my list of favorites. When I saw that these came in a set of multiple colors, I couldn't pass up the chance to try other colors as well (already have in full sizes Babe, Bitten, Baby). They go on smoothly (no skipping or patchiness), and have a semi-matte finish. What I like about them is that they could be applied without a mirror for on-the-go touch ups. I like that the colors are in color-matched packaging, so that you can find the exact color you want easily. My favorite is Lilac- there is ever a slight violet/hint of purple undertone, but comes across as a flattering nude color on my skin tone. They don't have a scent. The range of colors is great from neutrals/nudes to bold red in the color Ruby. They layer well, so you could create your own colors. Most of these colors will work on many skin tones.

Defective product delivery

I bought this Bobbi Brown set last week from Macys.com. Today I received in the package a defective product. The set supposed included 5 color Regal/Ruby/Lilac/Bare/Babe. However, the set I've received had 2 Babe, 2 Regal and 1 Ruby and 1 Babe and 1 Regal are used (had tape on them). So gross! I'll file a consumer complaint
