Comfortable. Quiet. Great cardio workout. LOVE IT!

This bike is The Best! I so wanted something like this when Covid first began but exercise equipment was hard to find due to gym closures and everyone being at home. I made do with a hand-me-down spin bike from a friend but dreamed of a recumbent bike. This one is so comfortable & quiet! It's pretty basic (no computer programs and you change tension manually) but I burn 520 calories in 50 minutes and feel great! Yay! (There is a computer that keeps track of your distance, time, calories, etc each individual time you get on the bike.) It did take both my husband and I to put it together. Helps if you have a soft mallet for the first step. Otherwise, fairly simple though a bit laborious to assemble. Love the benefit, the workout, the comfort, the quiet -- you name it. Hurrah! Very happy! A great way to get your cardio workout in! I love being able to read a hardback book while working out! Great choice for recumbent bike lovers! Free shipping! Can't beat that!
