Good to use but started crackling

Bought this around in August 2025 and started off very well, however I noticed that the tips became uncomfortable in my ear. I was most disappointed when the sound started crackling two months in which was frustrating. Connectivity was sometimes a minor issue as my phone wouldn't detect them being in use but that was most resolved easily.

Simply amazing sound!

Amazing - no other word/s to describe these! Already have the Quiet Comfort Ultra headphones, so understand the noise cancelling effect, but these buds are unbelievable! The sound & the comfort amazed me, plus can wear for hours with no discomfort at all - truely amazing & am thrilled with this purchase! Thank you Bose!

Outstanding tech!

I have had other earbuds but the quality of sound with my Bose Ultra earbuds is fantastic. The noise cancelling is excellent. I am impressed and they are such high quality that they represent very good value for money.

Great product

Got this item headphone s for Xmas testet and they work as I expected loud deep bass good battery duration use them with Bluetooth direct I don't use Bose ap that to glitchy same with all my other Bose items but I have used this for extended 5 HR walk ,run and they did not fall out not once no adjustments needed you ferget they are in your ear perfect fit

I bought these after trying the Quoet Comfort Open earbuds which I didn't get on with but these? Fit is perfect with the interchangeable tips and seals, touch controls are easy to learn, set-up straightforward, and the sound......epic!
