Love it

This is a great addition to any home gym. I like the added grip marks on this version. You can do pretty much any dumbbell movement (bicep curls, tricep extension, shoulder press, etc) while standing on this to add solid core and balance work to your workout. It comes with it's own pump and an extra plug in case you lose one. Surprisingly, the hand pump was rather efficient and only took a couple of minutes to blow up the ball. Glad to have this.

Great Product

I love this Bosu Pro NexGen 25IN Home Fitness Exercise Gym Balance Trainer. It comes with a pump which I love. I've done so many exercises from easy to challenging. There's different ways you can use this. I definitely recommend.

Love this balance trainer

Wow. We love this balance trainer. Was so easy to assemble and use. My 6 year old loves balancing and jumping on it. Helps the whole family exercise. I have used it in my daily exercise program and enjoy it so much. The quality and durability is great. I love how big it is and perfect for my size 10 feet:).

Very pleased!

I'm very pleased with this product. I've actually been having a flare up with my sciatica. This exercise trainer has really helped me with my stretches which is needed to get some relief from the pain. I feel safe while using it because of the excellent sturdy nature. While I'm stretching, I don't have too worry about the ball rolling around making it uncomfortable and in my situation causing more damage and pain. I love it!!!

Great Exercises Ball!

I love this Bosu Ball! I’ve been implementing the half-balance ball into my workout regimen and I’ve definitely seen results in my balance. There are a variety of balancing and agility workouts that you can do just on this ball, like flipping it over and doing squats. It is top-notch quality and doesn’t look even scratched after being thrown a dozen times. I have been become a more agile and mobile athlete after using this ball. Definitely recommend!
