Terrible quality and customer service

This chair was poorly packed. The velcro closures were different colors on each chair. One had white velcro. One had black. Which stands out and cannot be hidden because the slip covers do not fit properly. Also, I ordered two and they arrived 3 weeks apart. I want to return the chairs. The company is very hard to get any information from. Could not get tracking at all. Over the course of 4 weeks. Very disappointed in this purchase
