Versatile and comfortable.

Love it, had my eye on it for years & the sale price couldn't be beat. A true timeless classic I picked this piece up along w/ 44"ottoman 6 months ago & couldn't be more pleased. Love that it looks well worn/broken in but then fluff the cushions/pillows & it looks good as new. My favorite is Peyton Slate but I recently picked up the Fawn Tan slipcover to swap out looks. A very comfortable, snuggly lounge sofa as the down fill makes it quite warm & cozy. The frame seems very solid & well made compared to other similarly priced options on the market today. Very durable fabric the slipcovers wash well in a frontloader w/ Tide & a scoop of Oxi Clean then lay flat to air dry which takes only a couple of hours. I was reluctant to wash (tested two pillow covers 1st) as the tag states "dry clean only" but so far so good! I don't regret this purchase as this piece will last me forever.. only regret not buying it several years ago. Macy's was super easy to deal with both purchase & delivery.

A Winner

Finally adding my $1 to the reviews. I’ve had the sofa about 6 years. It’s still new. I just found blood on it from our dog and panicked because I’ve been too lazy to remove the slipcovers to wash them. That dangon blood came right out with cold water and hydrogen peroxide! The soda looks fantastic and IS fantastic. It is maybe one of a few pieces that you can get, especially on sale, that is worth the money. I hate the prices of furniture these days, especially the lower quality. This one is a winner.

*DO NOT BUY*

Macy’s totally failed me with this purchase. I was guaranteed that the sofa would be protected and warrantied against stains. The Worry No More partner they use is *USELESS*. Terrible customer experience. I’ve spent 10 months getting the run around and the issue is still not resolved.

Smelly sofa

I purchased the slate colored 93" couch and matching chair in early 2023. Immediately, I noticed a weird smell. I brought the cushions to air out in the patio. Days later, the smell was back. I have washed ALL the slip covers, maybe three times already, with Tide, baking soda, and even Borax, and have left them out to dry under direct sunlight, but the weird smell still persists. I have steamed them with my steamer, but still, the smell has not gone away. Especially on hot days, this couch continues to emit an awful odor. I hate it. I spray an essential oil mix over it, and it lasts for a few days until the odor is back. I should have tried returning it earlier. I'm stuck with it now. If you smell an odor emitting from your couch, return it immediately, because there may not be a way to get rid of the smell, even after washing and steaming and sun drying. Still, wish I could return or exchange them. ☹️

Okay Couch

I went to the store to purchase this and chose an off white color but a whiter couch was delivered but no big deal I loved it! About 6 months in there were stains everywhere and no spot treatment was working and it started to peel in certain spots. I had someone from Macy’s come out and take a look and he said he didn’t see anything wrong so there wasn’t a lot they could do. I then called customer service and they gave me a credit for the couch and that removed any warranty but honestly not worth it. Even after cleaning it I still feel like it doesn’t help.

7rys later still looks brand new

I purchased 2 bright white couches. We have a dog and kids. We make sure to keep the couch and house neat. In 7 years it's been through hot chocolate, blood, urine, makeup, juice boxes. Nothing has yet to stain this couch, but I always treat spots within 24hrs. I use OxiClean spot spray, clear detergent and wash on warm. Comes out looking new.

Don't Buy From Macys

The couch is lovely. Macys Customer service is a nightmare. We bought a custom color and received the incorrect one. It has been 3 months since the original purchase and attempting to get Macys to correct their error has been horrible. Now we are being told we have to wait 3 more months for the correct couch; 6 total months from the original purchase date. No proactive communication has come from Macys. I have to call for updates and our Delivery date just keeps getting pushed back. My faith in Macys customer service is completely gone. We have spent quite a bit with them in the past 25 years but never again.
