Avoid this model. We have had this unit for a couple of years now and it has never impressed. For the price, and for as much bread, muffins and bagels we have ruined it just feels like we all got burnt... We are now looking at other options... For the money, this toaster should work like magic but it is really just a nightmares. Uhg.

Best toaster ever!
This is absolutely the best toaster I have ever owned! I have had my same one for maybe 16 or 18 years and it would have still lasted if my oldest son didn’t turn it upside down and shake it. He didn’t see the trays!! Unfortunately he did it so hard he broke it. I decided to buy a cheap one to replace it because I didn’t want to spend the money, and the one I bought is awful! So now I’m going to give in and buy a new one. I don’t know why the other reviews are not positive but I can tell you I’ve never had an issue. My sister also has had hers for the same amount of time as me and hers still works perfectly too. I recommend this toaster 100 percent!

Best on the market!
This is the second time I purchased this model toaster from you; first time was 14 years ago, and that unit remained with the home we just sold. We HAD to get the same unit again since its' performance is superior to any other brand we have owned over our 55 years of marriage. A truly superior product!@

The Breville toasts to perfection! The various settings are great without being confusing. I would recommend the Breville to anyone who may be thinking about it....it does not disappoint!

Would Not Buy Again
We had a 10+ year old Breville toaster that finally died. Bought this one and it only toasted one side of each slice. We returned it and received a replacement. It had the same issue. We returned it, got a refund, and purchased a different brand.
