After C19 hit I could no longer grind my beans at Costco (not that I wanted to). This purchase has made me happy. I have no complaints because I have nothing to compare it to. I always used the equipment at Costco.
Good grinder but messy!
We like the settings for grinding but this is the absolutely messiest kitchen appliance ever. Grinds get everywhere. Huge problem with static so the grinds migrate all over the outside. We have it sitting on a tray to catch the mess and grinds still get all over. We're finding something new.

Stay far away. Awful machine. Even worse cust serv
Purchased this brand new in May. Less than six months later it was broke. It required multiple self-repairs along the way, until the grinder decided to start leaving metal pieces in the coffee grinds. I've tried to reach out to Brim multiple times, all with no response. Apparently they think this is acceptable. You were warned. Stay away. When something goes wrong, you will have absolutely no Brim support to rectify the situation.

Good at its job but super messy
I love the look and the ease,,,but it is so messy! Its messy on the counter pulling the bin out, its messy on my french press pouring the super static grounds out of the bin. Its just a mess. Not for the faint of heart or very tidy people. I put a tray under mine on the counter to contain the mess and empty the bin over the sink.

Brim Conked Out !
This coffee grinder has a very small capacity and it takes forever to grind enough for a pot. It worked up until today. It was purchased in May. At first it wouldn't turn on, it did but then it completely stopped working. The directions were followed. Very, very poor performance. Would return but it is past the return date.

disappointing
This grinds great, but there is a flaw in the design that gets ground coffee all over the place. The area where the ground coffee comes out and goes into the plastic container makes a mess. I can remove the ground coffee, get it all over my counter and clean it all, put the container back on the machine and all of a sudden there is more coffee all over the place. I think it spills out from wherever the internal hole is that moves the ground coffee through the machine or something. I have tried many different approaches to be sure it is clean and there are no grounds left and no matter what, more appear as soon as I go to put it away. Also, this says 17 cup holder, the max line for the beans is about enough for two strong cups. You can fill it past the max line, but then you have to keep emptying the grinds, restarting the machine, emptying the grinds, etc. which defeats the whole purpose of having a "large capacity" grinder.

Waste of money
This item broke right after the 90 days was up. I would not recommend this prduct
