Returns - Customers pay postage $ restocking fee

Hello, The adapters (all 3 of them) did not fit my faucet as a result I had to return my product (PEARL countertop) - buyers should know Brondell charges you return postage and a 10% restocking fee. I did not think this was right or consumer friendly.

It completes our coffee counter

Great drinking fountain for the counter. We put ours next to the coffee maker and fridge. I tapped into the waterline going to the fridge because there’s no sink near there. I don’t have a water dispenser on the fridge and would have wanted better filtration anyway. It was extremely easy to set up. We love ours.

Drinking water

The bro dell countertop unit is fast easy and the water makes the coffee a demote to drink and doesn’t have all that bitter taste of who knows what in the glass . So far I love it would definately buy mor filters .
