The Sunset Luxe is Helix's premium soft memory foam mattress designed with excellent contouring and pressure relief for your hips and shoulders. This mattress includes a plush pillow top, 3 layers of high-density foam, and individually wrapped steel coils with zoned lumbar support and a fully reinforced perimeter. The Sunset Luxe offers a cool, breathable feel on the surface of the mattress. It features multiple layers of high-quality memory foam designed for comforting pressure relief for your hips and shoulders. Below the foam are more than a thousand individually wrapped durable steel coils to promote spinal alignment and to help relieve back pain. The Sunset Luxe includes upgrades like a plush pillow top, an extra foam comfort layer in the body of the mattress, and zoned lumbar support along with a fully reinforced perimeter in the base coils.

Horrible quality control

Originally I was going to buy a Helix Sunset Elite but before I shelled out 3K!!! for a mattress I figured I would try a lux first and give that to my son when I upgraded. I was soooo looking foward to trying this mattress and thank God I tried the luxe before shelling out for the elite. The box it came in was so beat up I knew the mattress would have issues. Seams were loose and hanging off. The edges are crushed. The stuffing is so uneven that its hard to find a comfortable spot to lay in. I wish I could post pictures but there isn't an option. There's a hole in the back of the mattress!! There are these little black dots of I dont know what on the mattress. It kinda stinks because I can tell if the mattress was built correctly it would be comfortable. And had it been I would have happily spent the 3k on the elite version which is very sexy. I just can't see myself paying 3k for something that might end up looking and feeling the way my Luxe did. I wanted to give a 1 star because I am disappointed and let down but I feel like the mattress has potential if had it been done correctly so I spared Helix a 1 star. No way I will keep this mattress as is. Now I have to go through the return hassle 😒

Definitely Worth the Investment

I absolutely love my mattress!! I had heard such positive reviews from quite a few people I trusted, so I felt confident ordering it online. Its the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, its soft while being firm. My back has stopped hurting when I get out of bed. Its definitely worth the investment. It inflates quickly after its unrolled. I would recommend this to everyone!!

Very Happy!

After doing a lot of research, I saw the Helix Midnight mattress pop up again and again. However, I decided to take a chance and go with the softer version of that in the Helix Sunset. I’m so glad I did, because it’s probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on, anywhere.

Not quite right for me

Ran a little hotter than expected and was comfortable when first going to bed but final hours I had some general rib/ back discomfort.

Worth it

Always skeptical, I didn't this this bed would do 100% of what was advertised. Happy to say that I sleep cooler, better and walk up alert.

Sunset Luxe

We are very happy with the Sunset Luxe! I usually toss & turn a lot through the night- never felt I got a good nights sleep, the new mattress made a huge difference for the positive. We’re past the 30 day break in period and it’s very comfortable! Mattress is well constructed. We took advantage of the Memorial Day sale, cost was reasonable.
