Horrible service!

Horrible service! Ordered a down comforter mid December which was supposed to be delivered 22 December which is why I ordered from Macys (said I would get it by Christmas). However, Christmas came and went and no delivery. I called 2 January to ask Macys to resend the comforter since tracking g said it was stuck in New Jersey. Macys said they couldn't send another one because it was out of stock. The next day, Jan 3, with no what I g I received an email saying my order was cancelled and they were refunding my money. Of course by then all the sales were over. I was extremely unhappy with the way this was handled! I won't order from Macys again!

This comforter is the best like sleeping in the clouds. Lightweight yet warm. No sweating. If can afford please treat yourself!
