No more shin splints

I have owned these shoes for about 6 months now and they have been life changing for me!!!! My ongoing issues of shin splints has been kept at bay and I couldn't be happier. Totally loving these shoes!

Blisters

I was expecting these to be better. Comfortable until you get blisters a couple of miles in. Maybe they’re too narrow?

Disappointed

Have worn many generations of Ghost and have loved the flexibility and fit, but the Ghost 11's sizing is a half size too small now and feels like there is too much cushioning. It feels and fits nothing like the previous Ghost gens. Really disappointed. Please, Brooks, go back to old "recipe" for the Ghost especially the 7. Thanks.

I love the Ghost 10 and 11!! great running shoe very comfortable and supportive just wish the Ghost 12 where the same

Not supportive

These were good for the treadmill during the winter but when I wore them for running the road I got the worst shin splints. Tried them a few times and my legs were killing me. I was surprised these are a road shoe. Wouldn’t recommend for running on the street. Keeping these for the gym but won’t be wearing them for outdoor runs.

Ghost WAS perfect.

Came to Brooks after my favoite (Ascic) shoes kept changing and no longer worked for me. Ghost 9 was the best, wore thru 2 pairs. Ghost 10 was tolerable but not as comfortable and it took more "work" to run. Ghost 11 are miserable to run in. They feel good on the feet but are flat, have no toe off, and just do not work. 11s make me feel like I'm slogging. I run all distances and surfaces, (using Ghost trail shoes for off roading), and routinely run 120 miles/month and go thru a lot of shoes, so I know what works in a shoe for me. Unless Ghost 12 is similar to 9 I'm moving on.

On my feet all day

I bought these because I needed a bit wider shoe that still had support as I am on my feet 13-14hrs of the day when I'm working, and these shoes are awesome! My feet are still tired at the end of the day, but these shoes make doing 3-4 days in a row possible!
