I cannot smell it at all.

"I recently purchased the Casa Blanca perfume, but unfortunately, I am very disappointed. I apply it, and within seconds, I cannot smell it at all. It feels like there’s no fragrance, which is unusual for a perfume. I will check if I can return it because it doesn’t meet my expectations. Overall, it’s very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless this issue gets resolved."
