Bad clasp!

The watch is truly beautiful and the perfect size. The only problem is that the clasp doesn't work properly; it's very sensitive and opens with the slightest movement. I thought it was a defect in the watch I bought, but I went to exchange it at the store, and it has the same problem. I wouldn't buy it again; I want to return it.

Nice ladies watch

Love this watch! Looks perfect on. Had to remove a couple of links but was very easy. Had been searching for a larger face Bulova & this one is perfect!

Very pretty but major malfunction w clasp

The clasp randomly comes undone on one or both sides. Often times nothing is even touching it. It’s annoying and I’m afraid I’ll end up losing the watch. Of course by the time I got back to macys I’d already owned it a month…..I love the look of it but disappointed in macys and the watch I won’t buy this brand again
