it arrived without the pants

The suit arrived without the pants. I am hoping customer service can help me. The quality of jacket is good but can't use it with out the pants

Nice quality suit, but be careful this only comes with the Jacket!

This is a nice looking suit and it fit great on my son. However it only comes with the jacket even though they show it as a set. I was told twice that it included the pants by Macy's Customer Service only to have the jacket delivered so that is why I give it 3 stars. It's a bit pricey for something my son will probably only wear once.
