Too stiff

Purse is too stiff, pockets are so stiff that you cannot put items into the pockets. I have had this purse for less than a month and it starting peeling!! I am so upset I mean for 130 bucks I would think it would last a little longer!

Calvin Klein tote

Love the style of the purse, although the leather is very hard, the outside pocket is tight and basically maybe a piece of paper fits in there. I don't know if the pockets will stretch in time. Wish leather was a bit softer.

Do not buy this brand. Extremely poor quality

Please be aware that if you are considering purchasing a Calvin Klein handbag that their product is extremely poor quality. My Calvin Klein bag started to show wear within the first 8 months and by the 13th month needed to be replaced, but they will not honor a warranty beyond 12 months time, even by just a month late. See the pictures and decide for yourself if this designer handbag is worth the money.

No Slumping Bag

Great purse! As noted in other reviews, it is a stiff bag however that means it should hold its shape over time. I purchased the black with silver detail and received many compliments.

Stiff!

This purse is so stiff! Interior is roomy, but the inner side pockets are so small and stiff they literally serve no purpose. The outside pocket looks large but is so terribly stiff that I can't even slide my phone into it. I own two other Calvin Klein totes and they are great, but this Hailey bag is a disappointment. I wonder if I received a cheap knock off or something.

Beautiful handbag. A little larger than I thought (bought online) but receive nonstop compliments. Looks much more expensive than It is . Gorgeous!
