Disappointed

I ordered grey and it doesn't look the same as on pictures. Look really simple.... for parameters 81/61/88 size XXS is huge. Will have to return it

Heavy. Fabric is matt

My hubby ordered size S and color Prune for me, as a BD gift. Overall it's a good quality heavy duty coat as CK brand , but it's not what I expected. I will return it base on: 1. It's heavy as 2.9 Lbs. (the body filling mixes 50% of each down and feather, might be the reason). 2. Too long: I am 5'2 & 118 Lbs. The sleeves over my hands and length is to my knees 3. Color Prune is mat, not as shinny as web pic shows.

Great coat. Love the fur around the hood

The reviews on this coat stated that it ran a little small. Yeah right. This coat runs large. I had ordered an size up and that was a boat, so I got my usual size and that leaves me plenty of room for bulky sweaters, if the weather allows. I could have probably gone down another size, but didn't want to chance it.

Zipper was defective

I hardly wore it for 3 times and zipper got stuck in between.It is a warm jacket.I usually use puffer jackets when I walk to any place.I was overheated as I was not able to take my jacket off because zipper got stuck and it took long time to take my jacket off like a shirt.I had to walk home back without a jacket as I had stroller and no car seat for my toddler.Weather was around 42 f!

Calvin Klien coat is classy and cozy

I received fantastic customer care on the phone and in person. I was so impressed with the service for my questions on the phone and with my exchange at the store, Macy's is my go to store for top quality products and customer care is top notch. I ordered the titan color initially but exchanged it for thistle. I think the lighter color is a bit more unique. I also needed to exchange it due to ordering it in a medium which was too big. The small fits great on me. I think it runs true to size. I really like the fur trim. The fur is a bit more uneven and varied in color which I think makes it more playful looking. It is a very warm coat and could be dressed up or down.
