Major shrinkage

Love the jacket. It's definitely casual and more unstructured than the image on this page looks. I saw it in the store first though and loved it there. However, I washed it following the instructions on the tab and it shrunk so much that I can barely get it on now. I doubt I'll be able to return it. Very disappointed in the quality from that aspect.

Less Than Impressed!

I loved the sophisticated look online. However, the real jacket was a far cry from the actual item. The color was duller than on picture. The quality of the material was poor, the style was not flattering. The jacket looked cheap. I will be returning it.
