A Lemon

The coat looks nice when it’s new. What I mean is when you take it out of the store it’s perfect. After the first wear I had lent balls all over both sleeves. I loved the coat but didn’t want to return it although I had this problem. After a month later I wore the coat again and the lent balls were horrible. I called customer service to see if I could exchange the coat and the guy, James, from the 800 customer service number hung up on me. I wish I’d written down his number when he said it when he first answered but I trusted that macys would take care of me. I’m so disappointed because I really didn’t get a good wear out of the coat. It’s a dud and I would not recommend anyone to purchase this coat.

Cute but poor quality.

i was so excited for this jacket, love the color combination. Unfortunately after wearing the jacket twice for a total of maybe 2 hours, the material pilled and I noticed a hole in one pocket. Very disappointed in the quality.
