Super Stylish Tote

I got the bag in rose quartz color and it's really pretty. The handles were not stiff as the other review had mentioned. It is a good size and the handle stays very stable on the shoulder and overall is stylish( almost European)

Stiff

I was excited for this bag but it arrived extremely stiff - especially the handles. The handles were so stiff that they must have bent in shipment and won’t straighten out. It looks horrible. I have literally tied the handles together and have them hanging on a hanger - hoping this will help to straighten them out. This was purchased as a gift and there isn’t enough time to get something else before holiday - other wise, this bag would have been returned.
