Great Boots but Hard to Put On

The boots are great, the material is good, but it is a challenge to put them on. The back of the boots is too hard and does not allow for the heel to slide in easily.

Use Reputable Shipping Services, Please.

Never got the item because Macy’s wanted to save money and not use a standard shipper like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. They didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me.
