7" drop (not 6"); Tight fitted legs

I received this suit in the mail today. The Drop measurement given in the Product Details is not correct. It has a 7" drop, not 6". My 40 Reg suit included pants with a 33" waist. All Calvin Klein Extreme Slim Fit suits have 7" drop. The pant legs are fitted very tight to the leg, especially in the lower leg; much more so than other CK Extreme Slim Fit suits I own. Maybe it's because this suit is polyester, not wool. Being mostly polyester, I do not like the fabric. I own 4 other CK Extreme Slim Fit suits and love them (all are wool), but I will not be keeping this one.

Mislabeled....Its EXTREME slim fit

Just received this suit in the mail, and beware it is not a slim-fit as advertised. It is labeled on the tag Extreme Slim Fit. It is VERY tight in the leg.
