Poor customer service

I ordered a suit — both the jacket and the pant. I received the wrong, cheap jacket, and the pants have still not been delivered, even though the tracking says they were supposed to arrive on July 9. This order was for a family member's wedding that took place on June 12. This is very disappointing and reflects poor customer service

First slim fit suit

Having lost a great deal of weight, I moved into the slim fit style of suits. For the price, brand and look – you can’t beat it.

Security device left on

They were nice but shipped with the security device still on. I cannot wear them unless i drive 70 miles back to my nearest Macys.
