Cow Dress with puff sleeve

Purchased a size 8P. I am 5' 118lbs athletic built. The dress fit perfectly. It is very well made and lined. I did not like the puff sleeve nor could I get use to the print. I actually felt like a cow. Not very glam! A very tall thin person could pull this off. I had to return.
