unsatisfied with my Calvin Klein Dress

I sent a letter to Customer Service in Mason, Ohio on March 1, 2025 & have not had a response. I loved the dress, wore it once & had it dry cleaned. When I went to wear it again for my niece's wedding February15 the pleats at the bottom of the dress weren't there! I brought it back to the dry cleaners, who did not charge me & stated they would press the pleats back, when I picked it up, they advised that I should return it o the manufactures since it did not have permanent pleats! Although I attempted to call your online customer service February 28, the rep was rude & not very helpful.

Perfect Dress for any Occasion

This dress was perfect. I am 5’3” size M/L but I bought size S (that’s what they had in my local Macy’s) and it was perfect. It’s comfortable and stylish, highly recommended.

Wanted to love it

This dress was stunning but the armholes hung down practically to my waist! I tried the smaller size but it didn’t matter. So disappointed.
