Nice BUT disposable; Worrynomore a waste

I really wanted to give this set only one star. I gave it two because it looks nice at the beginning. The quality just isn't there. We were looking for something durable and modern but this set just can't take any use without denting and scratching. Less than two years in, it's so disgusting that I just need to dump it and buy a new one. The WORRYNOMORE warranty is terrible. Don't spend on that. They are impossible to get a hold of and will deny all claims. I do think their own agreement (which most customers won't read) is MUCH more restrictive than how the Macy's brochure and sales person portrayed it. Regardless, the claim submission process seems super easy via the website but it is not at all once you try it.
