strong smell to it, very unhappy

I bought this furniture about 6-7 months ago. ive noticed the smell which bothers my chest and within a week or so of tracing back to furmiture i called macys. they told me nothing is wrong with it and it should go away, claiming they sell lots of it. After airing out room and using air purifier for months the smell is there. I'm very disappointed. I feel like this is very harmful to people's health. If nothing changes after last attempt to air it outside for a few days ( now that is spring) I will throw it away.

SMELLS of CHEMICAL

the furniture has a HORRRRRIBLE chemical smell that will NOT dissapate, even after a month! it's small and has a lot of "spotty" looks around it. in addition, it took almost 4 weeks to deliver and customer service is horrible with no updates. Last- they've dropped the price over 2 times, so i paid original which i am NOT happy with!! i do NOT like how they run their business and sell soething that has cellulose lasquer which has cancer causing smell. they should change this policy ASAP

Not quite white

Not white but just right for my gray toned furniture in my bedroom.

this dresser has an awful odor to it, the bottom of drawers are flimsy and the outside material has already chipped. this dresser does not look or feel like any type of wood let alone solid wood.

The bed set is nice. Not the color it appears

The smallest drawers ever. The color looks like a pasty beige instead of the light grey that the pictures show. Not extremely satisfied with the look but it seems to be quality furniture.

poor quality

went with this set (dresser, chest and bedside table) due to the reviews and all I can say is I have no idea how such cheaply made furniture gets great reviews. it’s not even solid wood! and the “distressed finish” gives me splinters every tome I try to clean it and sometimes even when opening the drawers. also the drawers don’t come out without tools which is unfortunate because due to lack of space clothing is always falling out the back and onto the floor or getting “stuck” I am still

Beautiful dresser at a great value!

I have been looking for a dresser for my son's room as an upgrade from his baby dresser. I've looked at all the main kids stores and decided on this set sight unseen. I'm so glad I ended up getting the Canyon dresser and not spending a lot more on similar dressers at these other stores. The quality is great. It's a heavy piece and it looks great in person. I got it during 4th of July sale, so it's even better! The only thing that may be a turn off to some, is that it does have a sheen to it - it's not mat, but in my perspective, it makes it more durable for a kids' room.

High Praise

Great product and excellent service! This was by far the best furniture delivery experience I've had. Communication was clear, the delivery team was respectful, and the bed was efficiently assembled. The bed is sturdy and looks fabulous. It's a great value for the price point. I highly recommend Macy's and considering I'm not easily impressed, this is high praise!
