Product defect

I am very upset. I purchased this couch on 11/28/2020 and the leg broke in half. You are not able to sit on the couch. I tried to call Macy's and I was hung up on. They are saying that I cannot return because I do not have the original packaging.

Comfortable and stylish

Beautiful color (accurate to picture), very comfortable, perfect for my small space. Definitely had a little trouble putting it together - the back piece seemed like it was too short, but putting the couch on it's side and letting gravity close the space did the trick. Excellent couch, would recommend.

Too small

Just got mine today and I'm so dissatisfied. It’s smaller than I imagined. The quality is cheap and the border of the seat cushion was shedding. Returning tomorrow.
