Cutest Rain Jacket

Love this rain jacket. It looks so adorable on my little girl and she loves it too. It also has Velcro closures from top to bottom as well as the snaps, (which is hard for my 3 1/2 to do herself), so the Velcro is very easy for her to close and open when she goes to school and I can't be there to help her. I wish all the toddler jackets had this option. Whenever she wears this on rainy days, she gets compliments on how adorable she looks, and I'm asked where I found this. I bought a size up so she has room to grow in this jacket, and it fits just fine, we just roll up the sleeves and they stay nice.
