Easy to assemble

We bought two recliners and they are exactly what we hoped. They were packaged neatly which made it easy to assemble. The chairs itself are great fit for us. It's not big and bulky. The massage and heat are perfect addition to these great, stylish chairs. We love it.

Fraud

The chair arrived in very poor condition. It's not new; it's recycled from other uses. I'm completely disappointed with Macy's.

Helpful Chair

All features working well. Only wish for added mechanism to hold chair steadier while trying to rise and exit safely.

Bad color

Either the wrong chair was sent or the color is really, really off. I ordered red but received a chair that is more orange toward brown, not red, not even a brick red! The chair has been returned without putting it together.

quality of the leather and fit were good . The comfort was worse then my 20 year old recliner so I returned them

Lovely Recliners

I love these chairs as I find the size and fit to be perfect in my living room and the massage and heat is an absolute bonus. I love the color and the style too, it's such a win for me!
