Big change in quality

For years I loved CeCe and bought all new CeCe summer dresses and blouses. Last year I notice a slight change in designs not as great. This year they are terrible. The dresses are very heavy. We buy them for light weight, washable, throw on pretty summer dresses. But not any more Every one looks frumpy. No more tailoring in blouses or dresses.
