Macys sent the wrong size

So annoying! Macy's sent me the wrong-sized item, although they sent me confirmation of what I ordered. This is for an event, and now I'm short on time to find something!

Love this dress but the armholes are too deep. Going to get a smaller size and hopefully it will be better.
