Macys sent me an opened box with used makeup

Ordered this as an anniversary gift for my wife and left the item in the box it was shipped in unopened. When i gave her the box to open, we were shocked to find that the Chanel box inside had already been opened. The tape was already removed. Then she went to unbox the item and when she opened the bag, inside were the 2 makeup items already opened with no boxes just thrown in the bag. The lipstick looks like it had already been used. Not sure why Macy's would send out already opened box with used items, especially Chanel items. Last time I order from here.

Every Woman Deserves Chanel

This was part of a gift and she was very happy and excited to receive “her first Chanel.” I didn’t know this and said “every woman deserves Chanel”. It was a perfect gift with two basics, mascara and lipstick, inside a pretty case. I should’ve purchased one for myself too!

cute gift set

I purchase the Chanel gift sets every year for family and friends. They enjoy collecting the holiday bag every year. This didn't disappoint for the price point. Feedback was, "great products as expected from CHANEL". would be nice if the company would stop being so cheap with samples. ( fragrance, moisture).
