Missing 2 of the 3 piece duvet set

The duvet cover was supposed to come with 2 pillow shams which were not included. The product looked as though it had been repackaged which may account for why there were no shams. Additionally, the description on the web site indicated that it was a button closure, but it is a zipper. I did not return the product because I do like the duvet, but I feel I should receive some compensation for not receiving the shams.

Enormous

Duvet cover is made from good quality fabric. However, it is enormous! My queen size duvet is way too small for the full/ queen duvet cover. I had to pin down my duvet to the actual cover to prevent it from bunching up every night. I would give it a higher rating if the size of the cover was more in line with the size of an actual queen duvet.
