Does not run big for size

I ordered a small because descriptors said it ran big. It was too small and can’t be returned. Rey disappointed.

Jacket is a little too snug

I ordered a petite small, because the measurements for that looked right; however, the jacket is a little snug. How can I return this and receive just a regular Small?

Lite blue denim jacket

The color and fit are great. Wore it with a long flowered blue skirt and it looked great.
